Responsibilities

ArcromRide Management

  • Ensure that all drivers and riders are aware of and understand this safeguarding policy.
  • Provide regular training on safeguarding issues and procedures.
  • Maintain a clear and accessible reporting system for safeguarding concerns.
  • Investigate all safeguarding reports promptly and take appropriate action.

Drivers

  • Treat all riders with respect and ensure their safety throughout the ride.
  • Adhere to all ArcromRide policies and procedures, including this safeguarding policy.
  • Report any safeguarding concerns or incidents immediately using the designated reporting system.
  • Participate in safeguarding training sessions provided by ArcromRide.

Riders

  • Treat drivers with respect and report any behavior that makes them feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
  • Adhere to all ArcromRide policies and guidelines.
  • Use the designated reporting system to raise any safeguarding concerns.

Reporting Procedures

For Drivers

  • Immediate Action: If a driver witnesses or experiences a safeguarding concern, they should take immediate action to ensure the safety of all parties.
  • Report: Use the ArcromRide app or designated hotline to report the incident as soon as it is safe to do so.
  • Documentation: Provide detailed information about the incident, including time, location, individuals involved, and any actions taken.

For Riders

  • Immediate Action: If a rider feels unsafe or witnesses a safeguarding concern, they should take immediate action to ensure their safety.
  • Report: Use the ArcromRide app or designated hotline to report the incident as soon as it is safe to do so.
  • Documentation: Provide detailed information about the incident, including time, location, individuals involved, and any actions taken.

Investigation and Response

  • Initial Assessment: Upon receiving a safeguarding report, ArcromRide will conduct an initial assessment to determine the severity and nature of the concern.
  • Investigation: A thorough investigation will be conducted, which may include interviews with the involved parties and any witnesses.
  • Action: Based on the investigation findings, appropriate actions will be taken. This may include disciplinary measures, suspension of services, or referral to external authorities.
